Sapphire Crystal and Sterling Silver Ring

Real 925 Sterling Silver Beaded Ring, with stretch band. Made using Faceted Sapphire Crystal Natural Beads.  The Sapphire Crystal faceted beads are a deep blue and offer a lovely contrast with the sterling silver beads.

Sapphire is said to be the wisdom stone, stimulating concentration, enhancing creativity, and promoting purity and depth of thought. It is believed to focus and calm the mind as well as remove unwanted thoughts, depression, and mental tension. Sapphire is also the birthstone for September.

Clerics of the Middle Ages wore sapphires because they symbolised Heaven. Ancient Persians believed the earth actually rested on a giant sapphire, which made the sky blue. The September birthstone was reputed to have healing powers as well.
